1. Shooting, Women's 10m Air Rifle Team:

The pair of Arjun Lal Jat and Arvind Singh won the silver medal in the Lightweight Men’s Double Sculls.

3. Rowing, Men's Pair:

The pair of Lekh Ram and Babu Lal Yadav finished third and won the bronze medal.

4. Rowing, Men's Eight:

The Indian shooting team is targeting the silver medal. India has won the silver medal in the 50 meter three positions team event. The team of Sift Kaur Samra, Aashi Chouksey and Manini Kaushik finished second behind China’s Jia Siyu, Han Jiayu and Zhang Qiongyu. 16. 25 meter pistol team event, Manu, Isha and Rhythm:

Indian shooting team has also won today’s second medal. India has captured the gold medal. Manu Bhaker, Isha Singh and Rhythm Sangwan have won gold medals in the 25m pistol team event! 25. Equestrian, Individual Dressage, (Bronze):

Anush and his horse Etro finished third in individual dressage and won the bronze medal with a score of 73.030.

26. Shooting Women:

India won silver medal in 10 meter air pistol women’s team event. Indian women’s team players Isha Singh, Palak and Divya did wonders. The trio gave the country its 26th medal in the current edition of the Asian Games. The team of Isha Singh, Palak and Divya stood second with a score of 1731-50x. China’s pair of Ranxing, Li and Nan captured the gold.

27. Shooting Men:

The trio of Aishwarya Pratap Singh, Swapnil and Akhil did wonders. Together, all three won the gold medal in the 50 meter rifle 3 positions men’s team event. All three together scored 1769. Earlier Tanvi Khanna had lost. Joshna Chinappa had brought India on par by winning the second match, but Anahat’s defeat did not allow the team to reach the final.

Aishwarya Pratap Singh won silver medal in 50m rifle 3 positions men’s final after winning the team event. Aishwarya scored 459.7 marks.

33. Track and Field, Kiran Baliyan (Shotput):

Kiran Baliyan won the bronze medal in the shot put competition. He won the medal in his third attempt with a throw of 17.36 metres. This is India’s first medal in athletics i.e. track and field. Kiran Baliyan of Meerut opened India’s account in track and field.

34. Shooting, Mixed Doubles, 10m Air Pistol:

Pair of Sarabjot and Divya won silver medal. China won the final match by a margin of 16-14. This is the eighth silver medal for India in shooting in this competition.

35. Tennis, Mixed Doubles, Rohan Bopanna and Rituja Bhosale (Gold):

Rohan Bopanna and Rituja Bhosale have won the gold medal in mixed doubles tennis. India’s streak of winning gold medals in this sport continues since the 2002 Asian Games. Rohan Bopanna is now a two-time Asian Games champion! He won the men’s doubles with Divij Sharan in 2018.

36. Squash, Men's Team (Gold):

In Squash, the Indian men’s team won the gold medal by defeating Pakistan. For the first time since 2014, the Indian team has won this medal in the Asian Games. 18 year old Abhay Singh performed brilliantly in the final and won the third match and gave India the gold medal. Earlier, Saurav Ghoshal had defeated Muhammad Asim Khan in the match, while Mahesh Mangaonkar had to face defeat against Nasir Iqbal.

37 and 38. Athletics, 10000 meter race (silver and bronze):

India’s Karthik and Gulveer have created history in the men’s 10000 meter race. Karthik won the silver medal with a timing of 28:15.38 and Gulveer won the bronze medal with a timing of 28:17.21. India has won three medals in athletics i.e. track and field in the Hangzhou Asian Games. Earlier on Friday, Kiran Baliyan had won the bronze medal in shot put. With these two medals, India’s total medal count has increased to 38.

39. Golf, Aditi Ashok (Silver):

Aditi Ashok won the silver medal in the women’s competition in golf. She was a contender to win the gold medal from the beginning, but in the end she performed very mediocre and had to be content with silver.

51. Discus Throw - (Seema Punia, Bronze Medal)
