The OnePlus 12 is all set to arrive on the brand’s 10th anniversary, which will be celebrated on December 4. Ahead of its launch, speculations and teasers of the upcoming device have started circulating on the internet.

The OnePlus 12 will be unveiled in China and is expected to make its global debut in January 2024. However, the global launch date has not been made official yet and is just a speculation at this point, so we won’t get too excited until the brand announces something officially. To recall, the OnePlus 11 came to India in February 2023, while the OnePlus 10 Pro as well as the OnePlus 9 series were launched in the month of March.

Even though we are not sure about the launch date in India yet, we do know that the OnePlus 12 will be available in three colors – Pale Green, Rock Black, and White.

And now, official renders of the phone have been leaked online and have revealed the design of the upcoming smartphone.

According to the renders, OnePlus 12 will have a triple camera setup with a sleek design. The phone will have a periscope zoom lens, which is a type of telephoto lens that can achieve longer focal lengths without the need for a larger lens barrel. This will allow users to take high quality photographs of distant subjects. OnePlus China President Li Jie previously revealed on Weibo that the OnePlus 12 will include a 64-megapixel periscope telephoto lens.

Apart from this, the phone may also have 50 megapixel Sony LYT-808 sensor and 50 megapixel ultrawide Sony IMX581 sensor with OIS support. There may be a 32-megapixel selfie camera on the front for selfies and video calls.

The phone is also likely to have a curved display, which is a type of display that wraps around the edges of the phone. This gives the phone a more modern look and feel, and also makes the phone easier to hold.

Other expected features of the OnePlus 12 include a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. The phone is also likely to have a large battery that supports fast charging. Talking about the display of the phone, it will come with a 2K display whose peak brightness level will be 2,600nits. The screen will also support DisplayMate A+ rating.
