The terms of this agreement (“Terms of Use”) govern the relationship between you and Sell Tech India and its affiliates (hereinafter “Sell Tech India ” or “Us” or “We”) regarding your use of Sell Tech India ’s games, websites and related services (the “Service”). Use of the Service is also governed by Nature Riders Policy , which is incorporated herein by reference.

You must be at least 13 years old to access and/or use our Services. Our Services are not intended for and may not be used by people under the age of 13.

Before accessing or using the Service, including browsing any Nature Riders website or accessing a game, you must agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. By registering for an Account or otherwise using the Service, you represent that you are age 13 or older and have read and accept these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

BY INSTALLING, USING OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, PLEASE DO NOT INSTALL, USE OR OTHERWISE ACCESS THE SERVICE. USE OF THE SERVICE IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

We reserve the right to make changes to the Services, posted policies and these Terms of Use at any time without notice. Therefore, please review these Terms of Use from time to time so that you are aware when any changes are made.

What are you not allowed to do with Content?

We refer to these as Prohibited Uses which include:

✕	You cannot sell or distribute Content (either in digital or physical form) on a Standalone basis. Standalone means where no creative effort has been applied to the Content and it remains in substantially the same form as it exists on our website.
✕	If Content contains any recognisable trademarks, logos or brands, you cannot use that Content for commercial purposes in relation to goods and services. In particular, you cannot print that Content on merchandise or other physical products for sale.
✕	You cannot use Content in any immoral or illegal way, especially Content which features recognisable people.
✕	You cannot use Content in a misleading or deceptive way.
